About Composition:
Beta Sitosterol:
is a plant whose chemical structure similar to cholesterol. It reduces the cholesterol level in the body. It also binds with the prostate gland and helps to reduce swelling (inflammation).
Biotin:
is a water-soluble vitamin and is a part of the vitamin B family. It's also known as vitamin H. biotin to helps in converting certain nutrients into energy. It also plays an important role in the health of your hair, skin, and nails.
Co-enzyme Q10:
act as the cofactor in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Co- enzyme Q10 exists in two different forms i.e ubiquinol and ubiquinone It accepts the electrons from the complex I and II and produces the adenosine triphosphate and protects the peroxidation of lipid membranes as well as inhibits the oxidation of LDL -cholesterol.
Green Tea Extract:
usually contains caffeine along with other plant compounds called catechins, including epigallocatechins-3-gallate while catechins have strong antioxidant potential. It is also associated with a lower risk of coronary artery disease. A meta-analysis found that consuming green tea or green tea extract with 150 to 2500 milligrams of catechins daily intke improved patients' cholesterol profiles.
Inositol:
is often referred to as vitamin B8, but it is not actually a vitamin. It's a type of sugar that influences the insulin response and several hormones associated with mood and cognition. Inositol also has antioxidant properties that fight the damaging effects of free radicals in the brain, circulatory system, and other body tissues.
L–Arginine:
is used as supplement that has improved immune responses to bacteria, viruses and tumor cells; promotes wound healing and regeneration of the liver; causes the release of growth hormones; considered crucial for optimal muscle growth and tissue repair. It act as precursor to nitric oxide or NO. NO is produced by all tissues of the body and plays very important roles in the cardiovascular system, immune system and nervous system. NO is formed from L-arginine via the enzyme nitric oxide synthase or synthetase (NOS), and the effects of NO are mainly mediated by 3,'5' -cyclic guanylate or cyclic GMP. NO activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which catalyzes the synthesis of cyclic GMP from guanosine triphosphate or GTP. Cyclic GMP is converted to guanylic acid via the enzyme cyclic GMP phosphodiesterase. NOS is a heme-containing enzyme with some sequences similar to cytochrome P-450 reductase. Several isoforms of NOS exist, two of which are constitutive and one of which is inducible by immunological stimuli. The constitutive NOS found in the vascular endothelium is designated eNOS and that present in the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system is designated nNOS.
Methyl Sulphonyl Methane (MSM):
is organosulpur compound. MSM is most commonly used for osteoarthritis, GI upset, musculoskeletal pain. It boost the immune system and prevent microbial infections. It reduces inflammation and also prevents breakage of cartilages.
Urtica diocia (Stinging Nettle Extract):
has been used for urinary problems (e.g., due to benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH).It has also been used for muscle/joint problems (e.g., arthritis), for allergies, and as a diuretic. Some herbal/diet supplement products have been found to contain possibly harmful impurities/additives. Stinging nettle offers a variety of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, polyphenols and pigments — many of which also act as antioxidants inside your body. Stinging nettle may help suppress inflammation, which in turn could aid inflammatory conditions, including arthritis, but more research is needed.
Vitamin B6:
or Pyridoxine has been used to treat or prevent certain nerve disorder like peripheral neuropathy caused by certain medications such as isoniazid. It has also been used to treat certain genetic disorders such as xanthurenic aciduria, hyperoxaluria. It is one of the major component required by red blood cells.
Zinc:
It help is synthesis of more than 70 different enzymes. Zinc containing enzymes regulates metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. Zinc fastens wound healing; maintain normal growth rates, balance skin hydration and the senses of taste and smell. It assists normal growth and tissue repair. It boosts cell mediated immunity. It is poorly absorbed when given orally. Zinc is well distributed in tissues like skeletal muscle, skin, bone, pancreas, kidney, liver, retina, prostate, RBC, and WBC. Zinc is mainly excreted through intestine and only 2% loss in the urine.
Side Effects:
The product is possible safe for most adults. There is no disadvantage associated with the product if taken under the recommended usage however common side effects include Gas, constipation, loose stool, and loss of appetite sometimes happen, especially at the beginning of the regimen.
